Green Breakfast Thickie - when your regular smoothie needs a spoon

Helen from Fuss Free Flavours created a smoothie so packed with fruit and vegetables that it needed to be served in a bowl, her Breakfast Green Thickie is perfect for fighting off a cold.

Camilla from Fab Food 4 All made Monday Pie, perfect for using up leftovers from Sunday roast and the pie contains four different vegetables as well as pulses.

Spicy, Quirky and Serendipitous roasted some Brussel Sprouts which hopefully will convince those (including me) who are not fans to give sprouts another chance.

Spicy, Quirky and Serendipitous also made an Asparagus and Chana Dal, a great way to spice up asparagus.
Spicy, Quirky and Serendipitous made another Chana Dal and this time added Steamed Cauliflower Stems.

The new Extra Veg Linky will be published shortly, we have a fab prize this month too!
