My top tip is dish up dinner then put the chicken in a container to cool down then put it straight in the fridge, or get as much meat off it as you can and put the leftover meat in the freezer once it is cool. You can freeze the bones too as they are fab for making stock.<br /><br />I use leftover chicken & homemade stock to make soup & risotto.
