Win a box of fab Riverford Organic Produce - Competition Now Closed

My family and I love fresh fruit and vegetables and grow our own as much as we can, however, with a tiny backyard it is a challenge.

If you are unable or unwilling to grow your own then there are various produce box schemes around which can provide you with fab organic seasonal produce delivered to your door.  Riverford Organic are one such company.  They pride themselves on being experts at food, cooking and how things should be done in the kitchen as well as selling top quality organic produce.  They are more than happy to share their knowledge of food before it even gets to your kitchen.

For example, here's a video clip all about how to prepare and cook squash:

The lovelies at Riverford Organic have offered me a Large Vege Box of their top quality organic produce to give away to you, my dear readers!

To enter leave a comment letting me know what your favourite vegetable is and your favourite dish using that vegetable.  Also let me know your twitter name or a way of contacting you should you win.

For an extra entry tweet this post, using the button at the bottom of the post and leave me a comment letting me know you have done so.

This giveaway is open to all readers over 18 with a UK mailing address. The winner will be chosen using an online randomiser and announced in a subsequent blog post. You need to leave either an e-mail address or twitter name in your comment so that I can contact you if you're the lucky winner.

Competition will close at 10pm on Thursday 15th March 2012. Winner will be notified on Friday 16th March 2012. Should the winner fail to reply to notifications that they have won within 3 days, the giveaway shall be redrawn using an online randomiser.

Very best of luck everyone!

Riverford Organic also have a recipe app, blog and are on Facebook and Twitter.
