Win an ASDA Extra Special Hamper of Culinary Goodies! - Giveaway now closed

You may already know that Asda and Leiths are working together in a long-term partnership which has seen Leiths approve the Asda Extra Special food and drink range, as well as creating a whole host of simple yet delicious recipes and tips.  I will be sauntering off next week for an evening of cooking with and sampling delicious Easter recipes using Leith’s approved Asda Extra Special ingredients, with tips and hints from the Leiths chefs.  Yeah, I know, it's a hard job but someone has to do it LOL

Anyway, I have been asked to give away a gorgeous hamper of Asda Extra Special goodies.  The hamper of deliciousness includes the following treats which are all from the Asda Extra Special range, and approved by chefs at Leiths:

  8. Well an Easter treat would have to be an evening (with my son tucked up asleep in bed!) spent with a selection of fresh breads, Extra Special Olive Oil and Aceto Balsamico di Modena, and some really good strong cheeses. Yum!

  15. We make our own easter eggs with Dark Chocolate, White chocolate and every other chocolate we can get our hands on, knowing we've made them ourselves makes them more yummy, so that is our fave Easter treat! (@Baillie_MyLife)

  20. Easter for us is all about the pavlova. I don't know why as we could make it any tine of year but it marks the beginning of sunny weather. All that lovely fresh berry fruit ... yummy!

  63. What I like to do is make my own little chocolates out of unwanted Easter eggs (we're always given too many). Melt them down and then pour the chocolate into funny shaped ice cube trays. Extremely simple but people seem to like it

  64. For me it has to be Hot Cross Bun. When I was growing up we were only allowed to eat them on the Easter Sunday. Now I'm a big girl I start guzzling them as soon as they come out in the shops. My husband doesn't like them which is good news for us!

  84. I spend part of the year in Greece and Easter is the biggest celebration in the Greek Orthodox religion. After 40 days of fasting during Lent a great feast is traditionally prepared on Easter Sunday with the main course being lamb roasted on a spit so that is what I love foodwise about Easter, lovely lamb flavoured with garlic, rosemary and oregano.
